The Broadstone Master Plan includes 2,500 single-family homes and 650 multi-family residential units and ±370 acres of land planned for office park development. The primary trade area is made up of several towns and communities in the Highway 50 corridor, including Folsom, Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Placerville, Pollock Pines, Rancho Cordova, and Rancho Murieta. This trade area includes a total population of over 80,000 and approximately 372,000 people within a 10-mile radius of the center.
